How much faster can a human runs?

Usain Bolt after winning 100m sprint with new world record.

I was really amazed just now knowing that Usain Bolt done it again. Broke the 100m world record. But this time it is absolutely unbelievable. A human can run 9.58s? Are you kidding man? It is really far from the old record, differs by 0.11s. So, what is the fastest a human can run? I really cannot think about the answer. People had said before that humans can never run 100m within time lower than 10.00s. But now Bolt had proved it wrong with his 9.58s. But there is a thing that i'm sure. A human can never be able to break a 5.00s barrier for 100m sprint. Haha. =)
